

Ali Chacon is a pioneer in the world of event & production management. Her career begins in the hospitality industry at the iconic Grand Bay Hotel in Coconut Grove in the late eighties. During her tenure in the hotel industry, Ms. Chacon rose through the ranks and was promoted to the Director of Sales & Marketing. With an entrepreneurial spirit, and having amassed over a decade of experience, Ali ventured into launching her company Taste of Style Catering & Event Planning, Inc. one South Florida premier event and catering organizations. Known for its exceptional upmost attention to detail, TOS has built a reputation for planning, creating & producing high-level special moments through exquisite cuisine, impressive designs and most importantly skillfully created memorable experiences.
Our Culinary Team is comprised of talented chefs who are American, French, Cuban, Venezuelan, Brazilian, Argentinean, Spanish, Russian, Romanian, Italian, Chinese, Israeli and Indian. All of our chefs, servers, and bartenders are highly trained under Thierry’s philosophy and work ethic that is based on the classic, European style of service.
